What Does Child Resistant Actually Mean?
It means the package passed the protocol in 16 CFR 1700.20, which is the test the Consumer Product Safety Commission uses for special packaging. The rule sets the panel and the timing and the pass marks.

Which Structures Pass and Which Do Not?
A standard tuck end carton doesn’t pass on its own. Child resistance comes from a mechanism, and the mechanism has to be tested as part of the finished pack.

How Do You Size a Pre Roll Box?
From the tube or the cone as it ships and not from the paper size. A pre roll in a pop top tube is a cylinder with a lid, and the lid adds height that a cone length figure leaves out.
Send us one filled tube of each size you run. A single pre roll carton and a five pack carton are different dielines. The five pack needs a divider or a tray so the tubes cannot roll against each other.
