The inside height adds at least 10 mm above the highest sprinkle or icing so the lid never pulls the topping off. A low card divider between the cells stops soft donuts from sliding into each other on the drive. With the cell set you can choose the half dozen or the dozen layout.

Which Board Holds Back Glaze and Grease in a Donut Box?
Food grade SBS with a water based barrier coating on the inside face holds back the frying oil and butter in a donut. Our bakery board meets FDA food contact rules under 21 CFR 176.170 for paper that touches moist and fatty foods.
