Can Christmas Shipping Boxes Go in the Mail on Their Own?
Yes, a roll end tuck front mailer in E flute ships on its own with the label on the lid. The double wall front and the locking tabs hold the box closed through sorting.
Choose B flute when one box carries more than about 10 lb or holds glass. A card insert holds jars and candles apart so they cannot knock together.
A snug box also costs less to ship, because parcels are billed on size as well as weight. The UPS dimensional weight rules explain how the size of the box sets the price. With the box and board chosen you can plan the print on both faces.
How Do You Print Holiday Mailers Inside and Out?
Holiday mailers print in CMYK or Pantone on the outside and can carry a second design on the inside that the customer sees when the lid opens.
White board shows bright red and green at full strength, while kraft board gives a natural look with one or two colors. A short thank you line inside the lid costs little and gets photographed.

A plain sample in place of a printed one saves about 5 business days. Many brands that ship all season order one size first and add sizes on the same artwork later.
