The last row is the new one and most cartons on the shelf still miss it. The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act requires a domestic address or a domestic phone number or electronic contact information on every cosmetic label by December 29, 2024. That line is there so a customer can report an adverse event.
What Changes for a CBD Bath Bomb on November 12, 2026?
Congress narrowed the federal definition of hemp inside Public Law 119-37 and the change lands on November 12, 2026. A finished hemp product may then carry no more than 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container and total THC includes THCA.
